When we reached the shore back in Pundaquit, Zambales. It was overwhelming when the kids who were swimming that time help our bangkeros with “parking” the bangkas back in the sand. Truly that bayanihan is still running in our blood.
Our scheduled side trip was 8:30am since manong bangkero told me that this is the perfect time to go sailing in the island because the waves are not that harsh and it’s not that hot. But our sail, was a bit harsh in a sense that half of my body was wet because of the strong rage of waves. It was an experience of fear and excitement (because some of the blogs that I read was, there’s a high possibility that tumaob yung bangka.)
Leaving Anawangin Cove this early was hard. Goodbye to the ever beautiful view of the island, the fine sand, the river.. everything.
Now, it’s time to visit another island. The Capones, Capones Island located in Pundaquit, Zambales is famous because of it’s lighthouse and it’s structure. The island is actually a big lump of rock with a little soil.

Pardon me it took ages to follow up something after my preview post for my Bohol travel last March 2 - 4, I got caught with my “travel” life, work and relationship.
God loves the Philippines so much for He gave us so MANY wonderful places, beaches and historical places. And Bohol, is just ONE of them. In all of the places that I got to visit in my whole life, Bohol, is the most peaceful place that I’ve been. It’s too quiet that you’re really going to be inspired to unwind, relax and think about everything. But of course, this is also one of the best places to visit for vacation.
The first place that our guide took us is the Bohol Bee Farm. One of the attractions in this place is their Malunggay ice cream partnered with Kabkab(ice cream cone made from Squash).
Once you get there, you’ll be greeted by a mini “resort” type lawn which is beautiful and creepy at the same time. I think if ever that they have more funds to develop this, the place will be more splendid that it is now.
They have a farm tour that will last for 30minutes. During the tour, you got the chance to wear their farm hats, introduce you to organic plants, livelihood and art section and the bees!!!
